Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

Here is something I would consider a traditional “what hot chocolate should taste like” recipe.
It isn’t super sweet but tastes like an actual fresh chocolate drink!

The full recipe before I cut it down for the field is…
2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (dutch process)
2.5 cups dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
