What’s Boilo? Boilo is a traditional drink we make here in Coal Country. I’m not sure who started this tradition or who came up with this recipe but I am sure happy they did. We normally make this alcoholic drink during the holiday season and share it with friends and family. Each family normally has their own twist to the recipe and this is ours!
